Investment Joint Venture definition

Investment Joint Venture means any joint venture organized as a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, association or other corporate entity of any Credit Party, in each case, to the extent formed or acquired utilizing amounts permitted to be invested pursuant to Section 8.6(m). As of the First Amendment Effective Date, all Investment Joint Ventures are set forth on Schedule IV.
