Investment Obligor definition

Investment Obligor means, with respect to any Asset, the issuer or obligor of such Asset (and any guarantor thereof), as applicable.
Investment Obligor means the issuer or other obligor on an Investment Obligation in which moneys held for the credit of any Fund or Account hereunder have been invested or deposited in accordance herewith;
Investment Obligor means, with respect to any Investment, the issuer or obligor of such Investment (and any guarantor thereof), as applicable.

The Customer agrees to advise State Street immediately in the event that it learns or has reason to believe that any person to whom it has given access to the System or the Remote Access Services has violated or intends to violate the terms of this Addendum and the Customer will cooperate with State Street in seeking injunctive or other equitable relief. The Customer agrees to discontinue use of the System and Remote Access Services, if requested, for any security reasons cited by State Street and State Street may restrict access of the System and Remote Access Services by the Customer or any Authorized Designee for security reasons or noncompliance with the terms of this Addendum at any time.

  • Investment Provider means any commercial bank or trust company, bank holding company, investment company or other entity (which may include the Trustee, the Bond Registrar or the Paying Agent), whose credit rating (or the equivalent of such rating by virtue of guarantees or insurance arrangements) by each nationally recognized Rating Agency then rating the Class I Bonds is sufficiently high to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency or is otherwise acceptable to each such Rating Agency in order to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency, which Investment Providers shall be approved by the Authority for the purpose of providing investment agreements.

  • Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).
