Investment Proposal definition

Investment Proposal has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 13.02(a) hereof. “Investment Strategy” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 13.01 hereof.
Investment Proposal means the proposal submitted by any person to the Council for the Development of Cambodia with the purpose to establish a QIP.
