Investor Relations Officer definition

Investor Relations Officer means Company Secretary of the company who has been designated as such by the Board of Directors for the purpose of dealing with the dissemination of information and disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.
Investor Relations Officer means the Company's statutory officer responsible for providing information to the investing public, CVM, B3 and, as the case may be, the Stock Exchanges and Over-the-Counter Markets, as well as for updating the registration as a publicly-held company.
