In the event of a vacancy in the position of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Investor Relations Officer or General Counsel, and until the Board of Directors deliberates on the election for the vacant position, the duties of the vacant position will be assumed by the Executive Officer appointed by the Board of Executive Officers.
If there is vacancy, the Board of Directors, within thirty (30) days, (i) shall appoint who shall (a) fill in the vacancy, whose term of office shall have a coincident term with the other members of the Board of Officers or (b) cumulate the respective function or (ii) deliberate on the non-fulfillment, temporary or permanent, of the position vacant, provided that this position is not of the Global Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer.
