Investor Shareholders definition

Investor Shareholders shall have the meaning as defined in Preamble.

Investor Shareholders means each of the Investor Shareholders and each Person receiving Common Stock from an Investor Shareholder as a result of a Permitted Transfer.

Investor Shareholders means the Baring Shareholders and the Onex Shareholders.
