Involuntarily hospitalized means hospitalized as an inpatient in any mental health
Involuntarily hospitalized means hospita- lized as an inpatient in any mental health facility pursuant to Code Section 37-3-81 or hospita- lized as an inpatient in any mental health facility as a result of being adjudicated mentally incom- petent to stand trial or being adjudicated not guilty by reason of insanity at the time of the crime pursuant to Part 2 of Article 6 of Title 17.

Examples of Involuntarily hospitalized in a sentence

  • Involuntarily hospitalized psychiatric patients are excluded from this rule.

  • If already inpatient at screening, has been hospitalized for less than 2 weeks for the current exacerbation at the time of screening− Involuntarily hospitalized subjects who request and are granted voluntary status prior to signing informed consent may participate, provided criteria above are met9.

  • Hospitalized means admitted to a Hospital for a period of at least 24 hours or where the patient is charged by the Hospital for a minimum of one day of inpatient charges.

  • Qualified Termination has the meaning set forth in Section 4(b).

  • Qualified disabled veteran means a business entity that is 51% or more owned by one or more veterans with a service- connected disability.

  • Student with a disability is defined as an individual who: ● is still enrolled in secondary school and has not exited, graduated, or withdrawn; ● is at least 14 years old but less than 22; ● and has a disability (i.e., receives services under an IEP or 504 plan, or has a disability for purposes of section 504).   • Approved Retirement means any voluntary termination of employment that occurs on or after the date on which the sum of your age and years of employment with Deluxe and/or its Affiliates equals at least seventy-five (75) and that is approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Long-Term Disability means the Grantee is receiving long-term disability benefits under the Employer’s long-term disability plan.

  • Involuntary Termination means a termination of your employment with the Company pursuant to either (i) a termination initiated by the Company without Cause, or (ii) your resignation for Good Reason, and provided in either case such termination constitutes a Separation from Service. An Involuntary Termination does not include any other termination of your employment, including a termination due to your death or disability.

  • Qualifying Termination means a termination of Executive’s employment (i) by the Company other than for Cause or (ii) by Executive for Good Reason. Termination of Executive’s employment on account of death, Disability or Retirement shall not be treated as a Qualifying Termination.

  • Totally and Permanently Disabled means a person as defined in 42 U.S.C. section 416.

  • Child with a disability means a child who, by reason of any of the following, needs special education and related services:

  • Involuntary Termination Without Cause means Executive’s dismissal or discharge by the Company other than for Cause. The termination of Executive’s employment as a result of Executive’s death or disability will not be deemed to be an Involuntary Termination Without Cause.

  • Service-connected disability means a disability incurred or aggravated in the line of duty in the active military, naval, or air service as described in 38 USC 101(16).

  • Qualified disability expenses means that term as defined in section 529A of the internal revenue code.

  • Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;

  • Service-disabled veteran-owned business means a service-disabled veteran-owned business located in the State of Tennessee that satisfies the criteria in Tenn. Code. Ann. § 12-3-1102(8). "Service-disabled veteran" means any person who served honorably in active duty in the armed forces of the United States with at least a twenty percent (20%) disability that is service-connected, i.e., the disability was incurred or aggravated in the line of duty in the active military, naval or air service.

  • Intellectually Disabled means a disability that is characterized by significantly below average general cognitive functioning existing concurrently with deficits in adaptive behavior; manifested during the developmental period that adversely affects a student's educational performance and is characterized by one of the following:

  • Medically Necessary Leave of Absence means a Leave of Absence by a full-time student Dependent at a postsecondary educational institution that:

  • Off-highway implement of husbandry means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.

  • Termination After Change in Control means either of the following events occurring within twelve (12) months after a Change in Control:

  • Involuntary Termination of Employment means the Termination of Service by the Company or Subsidiary other than a termination for Cause, or termination of employment by a Participant Employee for Good Reason.

  • Business of the Employer means the business conducted by the Employer, which is the business of commercial banking.

  • Service-disabled veteran means a veteran, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(2), with a disability that is service-connected, as defined in 38 U.S.C. 101(16).

  • Armed Forces service medal veteran means any veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985 (61 FR 1209).

  • Change in Control of the Company means the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Historically Disadvantaged Individual (HDI) means a South African citizen -
