The University reserves the right to assign and/or reassign the Student to any Residence Hall, living accommodations, room, or roommate to make space available to a Student with a disability, to convert the assigned space from use by one gender to another to meet the Student Housing guarantee, to resolve roommate conflicts, and for any other reason, at the University’s sole discretion.
Student with a disability refers to an individual with a disability enrolled in a secondary, postsecondary, or other recognized education program who is no younger than fourteen (14) and no older than twenty-one (21) years of age, and is eligible for and receiving special education or related services under IDEA or is an individual with a disability for purposes of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
The IE Code data on the spreadsheet is used to capture the amount of time spent in regular education classrooms: IE16: 0% regular education classroom time - Public Separate School Student with a disability receiving special education and special education services, at public expense, for greater than 50% of the school day in public separate schools.
