IP Block definition

IP Block means an electronic circuit representing a component of a larger system on an integrated circuit.
IP Block has the meaning set forth in the IPTLA.

  • Time Block means a time block of 15 minutes, for which specified electrical parameters and quantities are recorded by special energy meter, with first time block starting at 00.00 hrs;

The S&P CDO Monitor Test will be considered to be improved if the Class Default Differential of the Proposed Portfolio that is not positive is greater than the corresponding Class Default Differential of the Current Portfolio.

  • Software License Agreement means the Motorola Software License Agreement (Exhibit A).

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carrier means a subscriber loop carrier system that is twenty-four (24) local Loop transmission paths combined into a 1.544 Mbps digital signal which integrates within the switch at a DS1 level.
