IP Warranties definition

IP Warranties means the Seller Warranties contained in paragraph 17 of Part A of Error! Reference source not found. (Seller Warranties);

IP Warranties means the Seller Warranties in relation to the Business IPR set out in schedule 7 (part 2);

IP Warranties means Section 4.18.

More Definitions of IP Warranties
