IP Warranties definition

IP Warranties means the Seller Warranties in relation to the Business IPR set out in schedule 7 (part 2);
IP Warranties means Section 4.18.

Examples of IP Warranties in a sentence

  • The foregoing warranty is referred to as the "IP Warranty"; the Base Warranties and the IP Warranties are collectively referred to as the "Warranties".

IP Warranties means the warranties set out in Part 2 of Schedule 5;
