IR Form definition

IR Form means the Informed Retraction Form that must be completed by a student wishing to submit an Informed Retraction; the completed IR Form must be submitted by the student to the Vice Chair for Investigations within the IR Period.

Examples of IR Form in a sentence

  • Pursuant to the IR Form, the submitting student shall provide the names and titles, if applicable, of third parties directly affected by the alleged Honor Offense and shall obtain the signatures of each of such parties acknowledging the student’s admission of the underlying Act.

  • If a student wishes to submit an IR in the year in which the student would otherwise graduate, he or she must submit a signed and completed IR Form to the Vice Chair for Investigations not later than the Wednesday before Final Exercises (or four (4) days before the applicable degree-conferral date in any semester other than the spring), or within the IR Period, whichever is sooner.

  • Instructions for contacting the Office of the Dean of Students for the purpose of setting up such a meeting are set forth in the IR Form.

  • In accordance with the requirements of the IR Form, a student wishing to submit an IR also must agree to comply with any corrections or amends imposed by relevant third parties, according to the guidelines set forth in Section III.A.2.C relating to CRs.

  • Before an accepted IR can be finalized, the submitting student must meet with the University Dean of Students (or his or her designee), and must obtain the signature of the Dean of Students (or his or her designee) on the IR Form.

  • The submitting student must also meet with his or her Academic Dean (or his or her designee), and must obtain the signature of the Academic Dean (or his or her designee) on the IR Form.

  • Responsibility for the discharge of the functions of the Platform set forth in this Chapter shall be vested in the Multi-Stakeholder Assembly and, under the authority of the Multi-Stakeholder Assembly, in the Secretariat, which shall have for this purpose the powers detailed in Chapter VII.

  • Any Covered IR Offenses that are self-reported by the submitting student and set forth in such IR Form will be considered resolved by the IR, meaning that any future report of the same, specific Honor offense(s) will also be dropped.

  • In accordance with the requirements of the IR Form, a student wishing to submit an IR must admit the commission of each of the Covered IR Offenses to all third parties directly affected thereby.

  • The completed IR Form must be submitted to the Vice Chair for Investigations not later than seven (7) days after receiving the IR Letter (the “IR Period”).

Related to IR Form

  • Transfer Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filed by the investor to transfer Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Proper Form means a payment sent by mail or courier that:

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • Account Application Form means the Personal Account Application Form for International Personal Banking or Wealth and Investment as applicable;

  • Opt-Out Form means the form through which Eligible Employees may note their decision to opt out of participation in the Program.

  • Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;

  • Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.

  • Assignment Details Form means written confirmation of the assignment details to be given to the Agency Worker upon acceptance of the Assignment;

  • Subscription Form means the form of subscription annexed hereto as Schedule “A”;

  • Bid Declaration Form means a declaration by the Bidders in form as specified in Annexure III of this E-Auction Process Information Document;

  • Exhibit B means [Vendor]’s Response.
