ISO Plan definition

ISO Plan shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.3.
ISO Plan means the 1997 Incentive Stock Option Plan set forth herein, which shall constitute a separate and distinct plan from the Incentive Plan also set forth herein.
ISO Plan means the Company's stock option plans for employees including, without limitation, the 1997 Stock Option Plan, the 2000 Employee Stock Option Plan and the 2002 Employee Stock Option Plan.

  • Such new options shall have the same exercise price and other terms as the ISO Plan options including a requirement that these options be registered under applicable securities laws if the ISO Plan options are registered.

  • The Company shall issue to the Employee within 30 days of the Termination Date an amount of new options as separate securities in exchange for and in an amount equal to the Employee's vested ISO Plan options.
