DSU Plan definition

DSU Plan means the Deferred Share Unit Plan of the Corporation.

DSU Plan means the Under Armour, Inc. 2006 Non-Employee Directors Deferred Stock Unit Plan, as amended and restated from time to time.

DSU Plan means the Deferred Share Unit Plan for non-executive directors adopted in November of 2008 by Jaguar, as amended from time to time;

• The DSU Plan permits certain non-management directors to defer receipt of all or a portion of their board fees until termination of the board service and to receive such fees in the form of common shares at that time.

• Grants under the DSU Plan are awarded to non-executive directors of the Company.
