If, prior to the Rating Date, either of the ratings assigned to the Securities by the Rating Agencies is lower than the applicable Issue Date Rating, then a Rating Decline will be deemed to have occurred if such rating is not changed by the 90th day following the Rating Date.
Issue Date Rating means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the rating assigned on the relevant Issue Date.
