Issue Date Rating definition

Issue Date Rating means Caa1 in the case of Moody’s and CCC- in the case of S&P, which are the respective ratings assigned to the Securities by the Rating Agencies on the Issue Date.
Issue Date Rating means B3 in the case of Moody's and B in the case of S&P, which are the respective ratings assigned to the Securities by the Rating Agencies on the Issue Date.

Examples of Issue Date Rating in a sentence

  • If, prior to the Rating Date, either of the ratings assigned to the Securities by the Rating Agencies is lower than the applicable Issue Date Rating, then a Rating Decline will be deemed to have occurred if such rating is not changed by the 90th day following the Rating Date.

  • Issue Date Rating means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the rating assigned on the relevant Issue Date.

  • If, prior to the Rating Date, the ratings assigned to the Securities by the Rating Agencies are lower than the applicable Issue Date Rating, then a Rating Decline will be deemed to have occurred if such ratings are not changed to a rating that is equal to or higher than the applicable Issue Date Rating by the 90th day following the Rating Date.

  • If, prior to the Rating Date, both of the ratings assigned to the Securities by the Rating Agencies are lower than the applicable Issue Date Rating, then a Rating Decline will be deemed to have occurred if such ratings are not changed by the 90th day following the Rating Date.

Issue Date Rating means the actual initial ratings assigned to the Securities by Xxxxx’x and S&P, respectively, as of the time the Securities are first rated (as contemplated by Section 9.17); provided, further, that for so long as the Securities are not rated by Xxxxx’x and S&P and the Existing 2027 Term Loans remain outstanding, then the Issue Date Rating and changes to such ratings shall instead refer to ratings assigned to the Existing 2027 Term Loans by the Rating Agencies.
