Issuer Applicant definition

Issuer Applicant means an entity created pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 5, Division 7, Title 1 of the Government Code (commencing with Section 6500) whose financing activities are limited to financing Utility Projects and projects for the use or benefit of public water agencies and which applies to the Authority for review and approval of an issuance of Rate Reduction Bonds.

Examples of Issuer Applicant in a sentence

  • In addition to holding or pursuing all the proper and required licenses to operate as a Health Issuer, Applicant must confirm that it has had no material fines, no material penalties levied or material ongoing disputes with applicable licensing authorities in the last two years (See Section 22 Glossary - Definition of Good Standing).
