Issuer Cash Management Agreement definition

Issuer Cash Management Agreement means, in relation to the First Issuer, the Second Issuer and the Third Issuer, the First Issuer Cash Management Agreement, the Second Issuer Cash Management Agreement and the Third Issuer Cash Management Agreement respectively, and in relation to any New Issuer, the Current Issuer Cash Management Agreement as defined in the Issuer Master Definitions Schedule relating to that New Issuer;
Issuer Cash Management Agreement means the agreement between, among others, the Issuer, the Issuer Cash Manager, the Central Servicer, the Issuer Account Bank and the Issuer Security Trustee, pursuant to which the Issuer appoints the Issuer Cash Manager to perform certain cash management functions.
Issuer Cash Management Agreement means the cash management agreement dated on or about the Initial Issue Date between, among others, the Issuer, BAA and the Bond Trustee.

Issuer Cash Management Agreement means, in relation to: (a) the First Issuer, the Second Issuer and the Third Issuer, the First Issuer Cash Management Agreement, the Second Issuer Cash Management Agreement and the Third Issuer Cash Management Agreement respectively; (b) any other Funding Issuer, the Current Issuer Cash Management Agreement; and (c) any Funding 2 Issuer, the Issuer Cash Management Agreement as defined in the Issuer Master Definitions Schedule relating to such Funding 2 Issuer;
Issuer Cash Management Agreement means the cash management agreement entered into on or about the Funding 2 Programme Date among the Issuer Cash Manager, the Issuer and the Issuer Security Trustee;
Issuer Cash Management Agreement means the agreement so named dated on or about the Closing Date between the Issuer, the Issuer Cash Manager and the Trustee;

Issuer Cash Management Agreement means the cash management agreement dated the Fifth Closing Date between, amongst others, the Issuer Cash Manager, the Issuer and the Issuer Security Trustee (as the same may be amended, restated, novated and/or supplemented from time to time, including as amended and restated on the Closing Date, on 23 December 2011 and on 18 June 2012 (by agreement dated 8 June 2012));
Issuer Cash Management Agreement means the cash management agreement entered into on or about the Funding 2 Programme Date between the Issuer Cash Manager, the Master Issuer and the Issuer Security Trustee, as may be amended, restated, varied or supplemented from time to time and shall include any additional and/or replacement cash management agreement entered into by the Master Issuer from time to time in connection with the Issuer Notes;
