Replacement Cash Management Agreement definition

Replacement Cash Management Agreement means any cash management agreement entered into by and among Borrower, Lender and a Replacement Cash Management Agent, provided that such cash management agreement is in form and substance substantially similar to the Closing Date Cash Management Agreement or is otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Lender and Borrower.
