  • The Issuer and the other Issuer Group Members shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause any Service Provider to at all times cooperate with the Administrative Agent to enable the Administrative Agent to provide the Issuer Group Services, including providing the Administrative Agent with all powers of attorney as may be reasonably necessary or appropriate for the Administrative Agent to perform the Issuer Group Services in accordance with this Agreement.
