ITA Act definition

ITA Act means the International Trade Administration Act, 71 of 2002, as amended, substituted or novated from time to time.
ITA Act means the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (Cth).

  • If, in terms of section 34 of the ITA Act, the Commission finds that a request for confidentiality is not warranted and if the applicant is either unwilling to make the information public or to authorize its disclosure in summarized format, the Commission will not consider such information in determining the merits of the application.

  • The Commission will conduct its investigation in accordance with the relevant sections of the ITA Act, and the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa (ADR) giving due regard to the World Trade Organisation Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT 1994 (the Anti- Dumping Agreement).
