Italian Notes definition

Italian Notes means, collectively, the Euro 55 million (aggregate principal amount) Promissory Notes Due 2031 to be issued by the Italian Issuer as contemplated under the Restructuring Agreement.
Italian Notes means Notes for which it is specified in the Final Terms that an application is expected to be made for the Notes to be admitted to the official list of the Italian Stock Exchange;
Italian Notes means any Italian law governed notes issued by the Italian Issuer and subscribed by the Purchaser for the purpose of refinancing the purchase by the Italian Issuer of the Refinanced Ongoing Purchasable Receivables and the Refinanced Remaining Purchasable Receivables.

  • The “Lease Expiration Date” shall mean the later of (i) the date of the final payment in full or cancellation of the Italian Notes in accordance with the Italian Terms and Conditions and (ii) the Vehicle Lease Expiration Date for the last Lease Vehicle leased by the Lessee hereunder, provided that such lease may be renewed in accordance with Clause 3.1.5 (Extension/Renewal of Term) above.
