Jeeves Property definition

Jeeves Property means the Services and related technology; Jeeves Data; and copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trade or service marks, brands, logos, and other intellectual property incorporated into each of the foregoing.

Examples of Jeeves Property in a sentence

  • Jeeves grants you a nonexclusive and nontransferable license to use Jeeves Property as provided through the Services and as permitted by this User Agreement.

  • You may not modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or disassemble Jeeves Property; or register, attempt to register, or claim ownership of Jeeves Property or portions of Jeeves Property.

  • You may only use Jeeves Property as provided to you and for the purposes provided in this User Agreement or as otherwise permitted by the Agreement between Company and Jeeves.

  • Company may not modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, adapt, or disassemble Jeeves Property; or register, attempt to register, or claim ownership in Jeeves Property or portions of Jeeves Property.

  • Company, Administrators, and Users may use Jeeves Property only as and for the purposes provided in this Agreement and the Payment Method Terms.

  • As between the Parties, all Jeeves Property owned or used by Xxxxxx in the course of its business are the property of Xxxxxx.

  • Sections 4 (Ownership of Jeeves Property; Feedback), 5 (Privacy and Use of Data), 6 (Term and Termination), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Governing Law, Venue, and Dispute Resolution), 8 (Legal Process), and 9 (Assignment); and any other provisions of this User Agreement giving rise to continued obligations of the parties will survive termination of this User Agreement.

Related to Jeeves Property

  • Collateral has the meaning specified in the Granting Clause of this Indenture.

  • Property means any interest in any kind of property or asset, whether real, personal or mixed, or tangible or intangible.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Personal Property means all machinery, equipment, furniture, furnishings, movable walls or partitions, computers (and all associated software), trade fixtures and other personal property (but excluding consumable inventory and supplies owned by Tenant) used in connection with the Leased Property, together with all replacements and alterations thereof and additions thereto, except items, if any, included within the definition of Fixtures or Improvements.

  • Escrowed Property has the meaning set forth in the Escrow Agreement.
