JI Report means a report detailing the findings and outcomes of a Joint Investigation;

Related to JI Report

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 1, 2017 and effective December 31, 2016;

  • Quarterly Report means Servicer’s report to me that includes, among other information, the results of the IRG’s Compliance Reviews for the calendar quarter covered by the report, as required by Paragraph D.1 of Exhibit E;

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
