necessary skills means skills and experience, other than professional qualifications, specified by the Corporation as appropriate for members to have;
the Employment, Skills and Enterprise Scheme means a scheme under section 17A (schemes for assisting persons to obtain employment: “work for your benefit” schemes etc.) of the Jobseekers Act 1995 known by that name and provided pursuant to arrangements made by the Secretary of State that is designed to assist claimants for job-seekers allowance to obtain employment, including self- employment, and which may include for any individual work-related activity (including work experience or job search);
the CE of Skills Funding means the Chief Executive of Skills Funding;
the Programme means the programme leading to the Degree of Master of Laws – LL.M – in International Maritime Law;
CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.
AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.
pleasure craft means vessels which are manufactured or operated primarily for recreational purposes, or leased, rented, or chartered to a person or business for recreational purposes. Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.
Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

Dependent care assistance program or "DCAP" means a benefit plan whereby school employees may pay for certain employment related dependent care with pretax dollars as provided in the salary reduction plan under chapter 41.05 RCW pursuant to 26 U.S.C.
