  • Furthermore, JOHN PYE & SONS makes no representation or warranty that any clock or watch is in working order.

  • Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by JOHN PYE & SONS, the time for payment pursuant to these Terms is of the essence, and will under no circumstances be adjusted further due to a failure on the part of the Buyer to make the necessary enquiries and preparations in order to pay the Hammer Price.
