Joint Bidding Agreement definition

Joint Bidding Agreement means the agreement entered into by all the Consortium Members as per requirement of this RFP and in the format provided in Annexure IX of this RFP;
Joint Bidding Agreement means a binding agreement which all Members of a Consortium shall be required to enter into in the form as specified at Eligibility Proposal Form IX, for the purpose of submitting the Application;
