Joint Committee Matter definition

Joint Committee Matter being a matter within the remit of the Joint Committee upon which it will be able to make a decision upon and have the power to bind the Parties in doing so;
Joint Committee Matter shall have the meaning given to it in Clause 5.1.2

Examples of Joint Committee Matter in a sentence

  • The Councils shall approve the terms of any Welsh Government funding conditions relating to the HMT Contribution as a "Joint Committee Matter" within six (6) months of the Commencement Date or by such other date as agreed by the Councils (with any such extension to be approved as a "Joint Committee Matter") with the prior agreement of the Accountable Body (in consultation with the other Councils) ("Conditions Longstop Date").

  • The JWA contains a Condition Subsequent which sets out that the Councils shall consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the terms of any Welsh Government funding conditions relating to the £375 million HM Treasury funding contribution as a Joint Committee Matter (JWA Clause 2.3), with the prior agreement of the Accountable Body (in consultation with the other Councils).

  • Any decision made by the Joint Committee in relation to a Joint Committee Matter within these financial parameters shall be binding on all of the Councils.

  • The decision to approve and adopt any updated JWA Business Plan shall be a "Joint Committee Matter" save to the extent that any such update amounts to a material change to the prevailing JWA Business Plan and, in which case, the decision to approve and adopt such updated JWA Business Plan shall be a "Matter Reserved To The Councils".

  • The Joint Committee may determine that any Joint Committee Matter or Project Board Matter may be referred back to each Council for a decision as a Matter Reserved to the Councils and/or make a decision to delegate any matter to the Project Board for decision.

  • The Advisers, save for the Business Delivery Board, shall advise the Councils but will not have formal voting rights in relation to any Joint Committee Matter put before the Joint Committee but will, alongside the Councils, be required to decide upon any "Reserved Matters" as more particularly set out in this Agreement.

  • Consequently, the Parties wish to invite the Chair of the Business Delivery Board to be an "Adviser" to the Joint Committee but, it is acknowledged and agreed that, the Chair and/or the Business Delivery Board will not be a signatory to this Agreement, is not a Party to this Agreement, and has no voting rights in relation to any Joint Committee Matter or any Reserved Matter or any obligations to make any financial contribution to the Joint Committee.

  • In addition, a federal law known as The Patriot Act of 2001 requires therapists (and others) in certain circumstances, to provide FBI agents with books, records, papers, documents and other items.

Related to Joint Committee Matter

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
