  • The Joint Manufacturing Subcommittee shall propose to the Joint Development Committee mechanisms with respect to the delivery, acceptance, forecasting, and ordering of Collaboration Compounds and Collaboration Products for clinical purposes for the Shared Territory, and the Joint Development Committee shall, after approving such mechanisms, include such mechanisms in the Development Plan.

  • Within two (2) weeks following the Effective Date, the JSC will form the following subcommittees to govern and monitor their collaboration with respect to Co-Development Products: (i) a Joint Development Subcommittee, (ii) a Joint Manufacturing Subcommittee, (iii) a Joint Financial Subcommittee as well as any other subcommittee that the Parties deem appropriate.

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, as set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products using the Active Materials, Components, and Xxxx Back Items;

  • Manufacturing operation means a process in which materials are changed, converted, or transformed into a different state or form from which they previously existed and includes refining materials, assembling parts, and preparing raw materials and parts by mixing, measuring, blending, or otherwise committing such materials or parts to the manufacturing process. "Manufacturing operation" does not include packaging.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Joint Patent Committee or “JPC” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.3(a).

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.
