Joint Operating Committee definition

Joint Operating Committee means the operating committee to be formed of the Purchaser’s Representative and the Supplier’s Representative which shall have the functions set out in Schedule 5;
Joint Operating Committee means the operating committee, composed of the Purchaser's Representatives and the Supplier's Representatives which shall manage the operation of the Agreement, the overall effectiveness and the supply of SUMF Items in an effort to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Agreement and to enable possible opportunities for improvement. The establishment, composition, roles and responsibilities of this committee are set out in Schedule 5;
Joint Operating Committee or “JOC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.1.

Examples of Joint Operating Committee in a sentence

  • The Joint Operating Committee shall meet as necessary, but not less than once each calendar year, to carry out the duties set forth herein.

  • All decisions and agreements, if any, made by the Joint Operating Committee, shall be evidenced in writing.

More Definitions of Joint Operating Committee

Joint Operating Committee means the Committee referred to in Article 4 hereof.
