Joint Venture Group definition

Joint Venture Group means any Joint Venture and its subsidiaries from time to time (including upon and following the Merger Closing Date, the UKTV Group).
Joint Venture Group shall have the meaning given to it in the Separation Agreement.
Joint Venture Group means any Joint Venture and its Subsidiaries.
