JPA definition

JPA or “Joint Powers Agreement” means the agreement dated as of June 1, 2016, by and between the Member Entities.
JPA means the Joint Powers Agreement which created Alameda CTC, dated for reference purposes as of March 25, 2010, as it may subsequently be amended from time to time.
JPA or “JPA Agreement” shall mean that certain Amended and Restated Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement effective January 1, 1992, establishing the Authority, as it may be amended or restated over time.
