Member Entities means, separately and collectively, the Members and their direct and indirect subsidiaries; provided, however, that the term “Member Entities” shall not include the REIT or any of its subsidiaries.

Member Entities means all of the parties to this Agreement.

Member Entities means the City of Moorhead, the City of Fargo, Clay County, Cass County, and Cass County Joint Water Resource District. The term Member Entity does not include the City of West Fargo, Wilkin County, or Richland County.

Member Entities means the City of Moorhead, the City of Fargo, Clay County, Cass County, and Cass County Joint Water Resource District, which are parties to the Joint Powers Agreement. The term Member Entity does not include the City of West Fargo, North Dakota, Richland County, North Dakota, or Wilkin County, Minnesota.

Member Entities has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6 hereof. “Member Information” has the meaning set forth in Section 15.3 hereof.
