JTC Letter definition

JTC Letter means the letter of offer issued by JTC to the Landlord in respect of the lease of the Land to the Landlord;
JTC Letter means collectively the letters of consent dated 15 April 2009 and 20 April 2009 issued by JTC to the Assignor (as may be amended, modified and supplemented by JTC).
JTC Letter means the letter of offer issued on 22 February 2013 (as varied by the variation letter of offer dated 25 March 2013) from JTC to the Landlord in respect of the lease of the Land to the Landlord and all references to “JTC Letter” in this Agreement shall include all appendices and schedules attached to it;

Examples of JTC Letter in a sentence

  • Save and except that the Premises are as at the date of this Agreement approved by JTC for the Permitted Use as set out in the JTC Letter of Offer, the Landlord does not expressly or impliedly warrant that the Premises are now or will remain suitable or adequate for all or any of the purposes of the Tenant and warranties (if any) as to the suitability or adequacy of the Premises implied by law are hereby expressly negated.

Related to JTC Letter

  • DTC Letter means the letter of representations for the Notes, dated November 25, 2014 between the Issuer and The Depository Trust Company.

  • Representation Letters means the representation letters and any other materials (including, without limitation, a Ruling Request and any related supplemental submissions to the IRS) delivered or deliverable by, or on behalf of, Parent, SpinCo and others in connection with the rendering by Tax Advisors and/or the issuance by the IRS of the Tax Opinions/Rulings.

  • Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).

  • Escrow Agreements means one or more of the agreements between the Company, the Partnership and one or more of the Performance Investors, dated as of the closing of the date of the initial public offering of the common stock of the General Partner, pursuant to which the Performance Investors have deposited their Performance Shares in escrow for possible transfer to the General Partner or the Partnership (as applicable).

  • Disbursement Instruction Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit M to be executed and delivered by the Borrower pursuant to pursuant to Section 6.1(a)(xi), as the same may be amended, restated or modified from time to time with the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent.

  • Acquisition Agreement Representations means the representations and warranties with respect to the Companies made by the Seller in the Acquisition Agreement to the extent a breach of such representations and warranties is material to the interests of the Lenders, but only to the extent that the Borrower or its Affiliates have the right to terminate its or their obligations under the Acquisition Agreement (or decline to consummate the Rockwood Acquisition) as a result of a breach of such representations in the Acquisition Agreement.

  • Representation Agreement means the written agreement between a money transfer service provider and a representative of the money transfer service provider that states the terms on which the representative offers the money transfer service within Australia;

  • Welcome Letter means the document entitled “welcome letter” containing important details about this group policy;

  • Contract Letter means the letter identifying those documents which form the Contract.

  • Authorization Letter means a letter agreement executed by Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT A.

  • Lockup Agreement means a Lockup Agreement in the form of Exhibit C hereto.

  • Company Acquisition Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).
