Judicial Council Data definition

Judicial Council Data means the Confidential Information, Personal Information, and any information, data, or content that is provided to or accessed by Contractor.
Judicial Council Data means all data and information of the Judicial Branch Entities or Judicial Council Contractors disclosed to or accessed by Contractor or Subcontractors, including all such data and information relating to the Judicial Branch Entities and their respective contractors, agents, employees, technology, operations, facilities, markets, products, capacities, systems, procedures, security practices, court records, court proceedings, research, development, business affairs and finances, ideas, concepts, innovations, inventions, designs, business methodologies, improvements, trade secrets, copyrightable subject matter, patents and other intellectual property and proprietary information.

  • Remote access to Judicial Council Data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in writing in advance by the Judicial Council.

  • Contractor shall ensure that access to the Judicial Council Data will be provided to the Judicial Council (and its authorized users) 24 hours per day, 365 days per year (excluding agreed-upon maintenance downtime).

  • Contractor is responsible for the security and confidentiality of the Judicial Council Data.

Related to Judicial Council Data

  • Judicial office means the office filled by any judicial officer.
