Junior Apprentice definition

Junior Apprentice means an Employee who is aged 20 years of age or younger at the time of entering into a contract of training in a specified trade.
Junior Apprentice means an Apprentice who younger than 21 years or older when they enter into their contract of training with the Employer that is registered with the relevant government training authority. NES mean the National Employment Standards at Part 2-2 of the FW Act, as in force from time-to-time.
