Junior Subordinated Note Indenture definition

Junior Subordinated Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of the Closing Date (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) relating to the Junior Subordinated Notes, between the Corporation or issuer and Oak Hill Capital Partners, L.P. as trustee.
Junior Subordinated Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of the Closing Date (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) relating to the Junior Subordinated Notes, between the Corporation as issuer and Oak Hill Capital Partners, L.P. as initial trustee.

Junior Subordinated Note Indenture means the indenture pursuant to which the Junior Subordinated Notes are issued, as such indenture may be amended from time to time to the extent permitted under Section 6.11.
