Juvenile court judge definition

Juvenile court judge means a juvenile court judge now or hereafter appointed 831 or otherwise holding office pursuant to Code Section 15-11-18 relative to the creation of 832 juvenile courts, except judges of the superior courts sitting as juvenile court judges and 833 juvenile court judges who are members of local retirement or pension systems created by 834 local law.
Juvenile court judge means the judge or referee of the juvenile court of one of the judicial dis- tricts.
