JV Employees definition

JV Employees has the meaning given in the Joint Venture Agreement.
JV Employees means all employees of the Manager and all employees of the JV Entity employed in connection with JV Operations, including the CEO and the members of the Senior Executive Team.
JV Employees means (i) the Carrier Transferred Employees and (ii) the Comfort Employees, provided that a Comfort Employee shall become a JV Employee only if and when such Comfort Employee commences employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries.

  • JV Employees are intended to have continuity of employment upon the Closing.

  • Relevant Employees means the employees of the Contractor (including the Transferring Employees) who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Services and who are/will be the subject of a Relevant Transfer by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Transferring Employees means employees of the Incumbent Contractor who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Service and who are subject of a Relevant Transfer to the Contractor by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.

  • Returning Employees means those persons listed in a schedule to be agreed by the Parties prior to the end of the Contract Period who it is agreed were employed by the Contractor (and/or any Sub-Contractor) wholly or mainly in the supply of the Services immediately before the end of the Contract Period.

  • Newly hired employee or “New Hire” means any employee, whether permanent, full-time, or part-time, hired by the Office and who is still employed as of the date of new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA. For those latter employees, for purposes of this article only, the “date of hire” is the date upon which the employees’ employment status changed as such that the employee was placed in the CSEA unit.
