Karlholm Properties definition

Karlholm Properties means the properties Tierp Karlholm 1:53, 1:68 and 1:70 (excluding the subdivided and sold properties Tierp Karlholm 1:81, Tierp Karlholm 1:82, Tierp Karlholm 1:83, Tierp Karlholm 1:84, Tierp Karlholm 1:85, Tierp Karlholm 1:86, Tierp Karlholm 1:88 and Tierp Karlholm 1:101).
Karlholm Properties means the properties Tierp Karlholm 1:53, 1:68 and 1:70

Examples of Karlholm Properties in a sentence

  • The Issuer may not grant any other security over the Karlholm Property Security, other than over newly issued mortgage certificates in the Karlholm Properties as Permitted Security.

  • The Issuer shall as soon as the sale process of the Karlholm Properties is commenced, request a release of the Karlholm Property Security and immediately thereafter apply for a cancellation of the relevant property mortgage certificates.

Related to Karlholm Properties

  • Real Properties means the real property owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Owned Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and the sale of homes and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

  • Company Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.1.

  • Additional Properties means any oil and natural gas assets or related interests that are acquired by any member of the Partnership Group pursuant to an Acquisition.

  • Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Leaseholds of any Person shall mean all the right, title and interest of such Person as lessee or licensee in, to and under leases or licenses of land, improvements and/or fixtures.

  • Excluded Properties the collective reference to the fee or leasehold interest in real properties owned by the Parent Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries not described in Schedule 5.8.

  • Real Property Assets means as to any Person as of any time, the real property assets (including, without limitation, interests in participating mortgages in which such Person’s interest therein is characterized as equity according to GAAP) owned directly or indirectly by such Person at such time.

  • Real Property means, collectively, all right, title and interest (including any leasehold, mineral or other estate) in and to any and all parcels of or interests in real property owned or leased by any Person, whether by lease, license or other means, together with, in each case, all easements, hereditaments and appurtenances relating thereto, all improvements and appurtenant fixtures and equipment, all general intangibles and contract rights and other property and rights incidental to the ownership, lease or operation thereof.

  • Other Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.

  • Leased Properties have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16 herein.

  • Material Properties means (a) those Mortgaged Properties designated on Schedule 3.12 as Material Properties and (b) each other Mortgaged Property with respect to which a Mortgage is granted pursuant to Section 5.11 after the Restatement Effective Date.

  • Real Estate Assets means any investment by the Company or the Operating Partnership in unimproved and improved Real Property (including fee or leasehold interests, options and leases), directly, through one or more subsidiaries or through a Joint Venture.

  • Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any property within the boundaries of IA No. 1 that was owned by a property owner association, including any master or sub-association, as of January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year.

  • Real Estate Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d)(ii).
