Key Contracts definition

Key Contracts means the Crude Supply Agreement, the Supplemental Crude Supply Agreement and the CRCCLP Crude Supply Agreement.
Key Contracts means those contracts set forth on Schedule 1.01(b) that evidence Contractual Obligations of EquaGen or its subsidiaries owing to any Core Asset Subsidiary for the maintenance and operation of nuclear power facilities owned by such Core Asset Subsidiary, as such schedule shall be updated from time to time in accordance with Section 5.05(c).
Key Contracts means those contracts listed in Part 1 of Appendix 15;

More Definitions of Key Contracts

Key Contracts means contracts set forth in Section 2.3(c)(viii) of the Disclosure Schedule.

Key Contracts means (a) the [**], (b) the RPI Royalty Purchase Agreement, (c) the Shiratori License Agreement, (d) the Faes License Agreement, (e) the NTU License, (f) the GTRI License, (g) any contracts, agreements or licenses (including any contracts with a Governmental Authority) involving payments in excess of $[**] in any fiscal year, (h) any contract with a Governmental Authority to the extent the termination or breach thereof would reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the ability of a Loan Party to operate, commercialize or distribute in any jurisdiction that is material to the business of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, and (i) all other contracts, agreements or licenses, that the early termination, cancellation, loss, abandonment or other disposition of which, individually or in the aggregate, would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect, in each case, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Key Contracts means, in each case, as amended or supplemented from time to time, (i) the MOU, (ii) the Contribution Agreement, and (iii) the Communications Network Services Agreement, dated as of May 2, 2011 and as amended, originally between Waterfront Toronto, Beanfield Technologies Inc. and 2279745 Ontario Inc.
Key Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.7.
