Examples of Key Group Company in a sentence

  • Except as disclosed in Section 3.17(iv) of the Disclosure Schedule, there is no pending dispute with, or notice from, any Tax authority relating to any of the Tax Returns filed by any Key Group Company, and to the best knowledge of the Warrantors, there is not pending dispute with, or notice from, any Tax authority relating to any of the Tax Returns filed by any other Group Company.

  • Looking at the societal dimension it is seen that a major challenge is the high level of corruption that has formed in consequence of the poverty levels and segregation.

  • There is no Action pending or to the best knowledge of the Warrantors, currently threatened against any of the Key Group Company, any Key Group Company’s activities, properties or assets or against any officer, director or employee of any Key Group Company in connection with such officer’s, director’s or employee’s relationship with, or actions taken on behalf of, any Key Group Company.

Related to Key Group Company

  • Group Company means any one of them;

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Material Group Company means the Issuer or a Subsidiary representing more than 5.00 per cent. of either (i) the total assets of the Group on a consolidated basis (for the avoidance of doubt, excluding any intra-group transactions) or (ii) the net profit of the Group on a consolidated basis according to the latest Financial Report.

  • Company Group Member means each member of the Company Group.

  • Peer Group Companies means the following companies: .

  • Acquired Company means any business, corporation or other entity acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Company Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.

  • Minority group member means a United States citizen or permanent resident alien who is and can demonstrate membership in one of the following groups:

  • Group Entity means any of the Company and Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Target Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Company Entity means the Company or one of its Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Company Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Company.

  • Associated Companies : means any agent with delegated authority under Section 20 of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Group Business Entity means;

  • Partnership Entity means any of the Partnership Entities.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Brookfield Group means Brookfield and any Affiliates of Brookfield, other than any member of the BREP Group;

  • Related Companies means the companies within the meaning of Article L. 225-197-2 of the French Commercial Code or any provision substituted for same.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Acquired Corporations means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.
