Partnership Entity definition
Partnership Entity means any of the Partnership Entities.
Partnership Entity means a partnership firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (9 of 1932) or a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009);
Partnership Entity means the General Partner, the Partnership and each of their respective subsidiaries.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this Agreement shall not give rise to any right of recourse against any officer or director of any Archrock Entity or any Partnership Entity.
More Definitions of Partnership Entity
Partnership Entity or “Partnership Entities” shall mean the individual or collective reference, as the context may require, to the EPD Partnership Entities, the EPE Partnership Entities and/or the TPP Partnership Entities.
Partnership Entity means each of the Partnership and its Subsidiaries.
Partnership Entity means any Related Enterprise, other than an employee benefit or welfare plan or its related trust, if any.
Partnership Entity means the General Partner, the Partnership and each of the Partnership’s Subsidiaries, other than those Subsidiaries which, individually, would not constitute a “significant subsidiary” as defined in Regulation S-X.

Partnership Entity or “partnership entities” means those entities entitled to apply for partnership funds under the Highlands Open Space Partnership Funding Program as set forth in N.J.A.C. 7:70-3.1(a).
