Key Man Clause. If for any reason Xxxx Xxxxx and/or Xxxxxx Xxxxx are no longer employed by Bodyguard Xxxxxxx.xxx, Artist may terminate this Agreement immediately by sending a letter via Certified Mail to Company, indicating Artist's intention of terminating this Agreement.
