Interest Factor means monthly compounding, discounting or annuitizing, as applicable, at a rate set forth in Exhibit A.
Total Open-End Mutual Fund Average Net Assets means the average of all of the determinations of the aggregate net assets of all open-end funds sponsored by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Management (excluding the net assets of such funds investing in, or invested in by, other such funds, such as ▇▇▇▇▇▇ RetirementReady® Funds and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Market Liquidity Fund, to the extent necessary to avoid "double-counting" of such net assets) at the close of business on each business day during each month while the Management Contract is in effect.
Moody's Discount Factor means, for purposes of determining the Discounted Value of any Moody's Eligible Asset, the percentage determined as follows. The Moody's Discount Factor for any Moody's Eligible Asset other than the securities set forth below will be the percentage provided in writing by Moody's.
Leverage Factor means the leverage factor in respect of a Series of ETP Securities as specified in the relevant Final Terms.
Note Factor means, with respect to the Notes or any Class of Notes on any Payment Date, a six-digit decimal figure equal to the Note Balance of the Notes or such Class of Notes, as applicable, as of the end of the preceding Collection Period divided by the Note Balance of the Notes or such Class of Notes, as applicable, as of the Closing Date. The Note Factor will be 1.000000 as of the Closing Date; thereafter, the Note Factor will decline to reflect reductions in the Note Balance of the Notes or such Class of Notes, as applicable.
