Key Professional Staff definition

Key Professional Staff means the professionals proposed by the Consultant (or the Consortium as the case may be) to undertake the Assignment;

Key Professional Staff or 'Key Experts' means the professionals proposed by the Bidder to undertake the Assignment.

Key Professional Staff means professionals provided by the Bidder who will lead the functional role/domains of Project Management, Capacity Building, IT Management &Monitoring and Evaluation (MIS), Strategy Development &Business Management and Vendor Development.

• If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Advisory Consortium, such as retirement, death, medical incapacity, among others, it becomes necessary to replace any of the Key Professional Staff, the Lead Advisor shall provide as a replacement a person of equivalent or better qualifications.

• Key Professional Staff Categories Houly Rate Additional Staff Categories Hourly Rate Day-to-day expenses related to performance under the Contract, including but not limited to travel, lodging, meals, and incidentals, will not be reimbursed to Contractor.
