KEY SYSTEMS definition

KEY SYSTEMS are those systems identified as Key Systems on Schedule E-IV-C, made available through the Centralized Services.
KEY SYSTEMS means the NSC system and associated and ancillary hardware and software, LIFFE CONNECT® and associated and ancillary hardware and software, and other systems used by Provider and/or its Affiliates to provide the Services.
KEY SYSTEMS means any information technology system or manual process which affects, stores or processes data required by the Corporation;

  • Company Systems means the computer systems, including Software, hardware, networks, databases, systems, telecommunications equipment and websites (and all information transmitted thereby or stored therein), owned, leased, licensed or otherwise used or held for use by the Company and its Subsidiaries in the conduct of their respective businesses.
