Key Third Party Consents definition

Key Third Party Consents means those consents, approvals and notices required from any third party to proceed with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Plan of Arrangement, set out in Schedule D hereto;

More Definitions of Key Third Party Consents

Key Third Party Consents means those consents and approvals required from any third party to proceed with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Plan of Arrangement, as set out in the Azarga Disclosure Letter and the enCore Disclosure Letter, as applicable;
