Kitchen replacement aerator definition

Kitchen replacement aerator means an aerator sold as a replacement, separate from the kitchen faucet to which it is intended to be attached.

  • Incinerator means any enclosed device that:

  • Class C operator means the individual responsible for initially addressing emergencies presented by a spill or release from an UST system. The Class C operator typically controls or monitors the dispensing or sale of regulated substances.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement.
