Examples of L/Cs in a sentence

  • All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation.

More Definitions of L/Cs

L/Cs as defined in Section 3.1(a), which shall be deemed to include the Existing L/Cs.
L/Cs shall have the meanings specified in Section 1.6(a) hereof.
