L/Cs definition

L/Cs as defined in Subsection 3.1(a).

L/Cs the U.S. Facility Letters of Credit and the Canadian Facility Letters of Credit.

L/Cs letters of credit issued by any Issuing Lender to, or for the account of the Borrowers, pursuant to Section 3.

Examples of L/Cs in a sentence

• All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans, Facility LCs, participations in LC Obligations and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, for the benefit of any such Lending Installation.

• Level Crossings (LC's) are generally unsafe locations and also a congestion points for road/rail’s users.

• The LC Issuer will issue Facility LCs hereunder on the terms and conditions set forth in Section 2.19.

• Each Lender may book its Loans and its participation in any LC Obligations and the LC Issuer may book the Facility LCs at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender or the LC Issuer, as the case may be, and may change its Lending Installation from time to time.

• These LC's are operational bottlenecks for Railways /DFCCIL in terms of loss in punctuality and reduction in line capacity.

More Definitions of L/Cs

L/Cs as defined in Section 3.1(a), which shall be deemed to include the Existing L/Cs.

L/Cs shall have the meanings specified in Section 1.6(a) hereof.

L/Cs the U.S. RCF Letters of Credit and the Canadian RCF Letters of Credit.

L/Cs has the meaning given in the Recitals.

L/Cs means letters of credit, merchandise purchase or other guarantees which are from time to time either (a) issued or opened by Burdale for the account of the Company or (b) with respect to which Burdale has agreed to indemnify the issuer or guaranteed to the issuer the performance by the Company of its obligations to such issuer.

L/Cs means, collectively, the Domestic L/Cs and the Foreign Currency L/Cs, and "L/C" shall mean any one of them.

L/Cs shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in subsection 2.1(c)(i).
