Labor Relations Officer definition

Labor Relations Officer means the manager responsible for the Labor Relations Department or designee or any duly authorized representative appointed by the GM/CEO.
Labor Relations Officer means the Department of Education Human Capital and Client Services Director, Employee and Labor Relations Branch, or designee who is identified as the point of contact for the Agency.
Labor Relations Officer means the District General Manager/CEO or his or her duly authorized representative.
