Chief Investor Relations Officer means such senior officer of the Company appointed by the Board of directors to deal with dissemination of information and disclosure of UPSI in a fair and unbiased manner.
Community corrections officer means an employee of the
Health Officer means the Municipal Health Officer or District Health Officer or such other official as may be appointed by the State Government in that behalf.
Local health officer means the health officer of the local health department having jurisdiction, or his designated representative.
customs officer means any person acting as such in terms of the Customs and Excise Act [Chapter 23:02];
Campus police officer means a school security officer designated by the board of education of any school district pursuant to K.S.A. 72-6146, and amendments thereto.
Claims Officer means the individual or individuals appointed by the Monitor pursuant to the Amended Claims Procedure Order;
Human Resources means the District Office of Human Resources located in the District Office Building on the Foothill Campus.
Chief Administrative Officer or “CAO” means the administrative head of a municipality as appointed by Council under clause 86(2)(c) of the Municipal Government Act.
Agency Chief Contracting Officer or “ACCO” shall mean the position delegated authority by the Agency Head to organize and supervise the procurement activity of subordinate Agency staff in conjunction with the City Chief Procurement Officer.
Data Protection Officer takes the meaning given in the UK GDPR;
Contact Officer means the person identified as Contact Officer on the cover page of this RFT;
Environment Officer means an employee so designated pursuant to The Environment Act;
Competent Officer means any officer authorized by the Corporation to act on behalf of the Corporation under this Contract.
Procurement Officer means the Buyer's contracting personnel, as identified in the Introductory Materials.
Corrections officer means any corrections agency employee
Administrative Officer means anyone designated at the college as being on the administrative staff, such as the President, Chief Academic Officer, Chief Student Services Officer, etc.
Assistant Finance Director means the Assistant Finance Director or designee.
Local government officer means: (A) a member of the governing body of a local governmental entity; (B) a director, superintendent, administrator, president, or other person designated as the executive officer of a local governmental entity; or (C) an agent of a local governmental entity who exercises discretion in the planning, recommending, selecting, or contracting of a vendor. Texas Local Government Code 176.001(4).
Project Officer means a person identified by the accounting officer or accounting authority of an institution, who is capable of managing and is appropriately qualified to manage a PPP to which that institution is party from its inception to its expiry or termination;
Development Officer means the Development Officer appointed by the Council of the Municipality.
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO means the person appointed to the position of chief administrative officer for the Town of Okotoks within the meaning of the Municipal Government Act;
Deputy means any person employed by the department designated as a deputy, who possesses special, technical, scien- tific, managerial or personal abilities or qualities in matters within the jurisdiction of the department, and who may be engaged in the performance of duties under the direction of the secretary, calling for the exercise of such abilities or qualities.
Vigilance and Ethics Officer means an officer appointed to receive protected disclosures from whistle blowers, maintaining records thereof, placing the same before the Audit Committee for its disposal and informing the Whistle Blower the result thereof.
BD Officer means each officer or employee of BD designated as a "BD Officer" for purposes of this Agreement in a communication to the Auction Agent.
Chief Pretrial Services Officer (i.e., CPSO) means the individual appointed by the court to supervise the work of the court’s pretrial services staff. For the purpose of the contract, the “Chief Probation Officer” acts as the contract administrator on behalf of the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
