Laboratory Agreement definition

Laboratory Agreement means a laboratory agreement among (a) the applicable Laboratory, (b) the applicable Borrower (or Borrowers) or Receivables Subs, (c) the Receivables Administrative Agent, and (d) the Administrative Agent in such form as may be reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, renewed or replaced from time to time, concerning the digital and physical materials for the applicable Library Titles.
Laboratory Agreement means any of the agreements referred to in Section I.H (a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Laboratory Agreement means the Laboratory and Transition Services Agreement by and between Parent and the Buyer in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
