The Labour Officer or any person authorized by Corporation on their behalf shall havepower to make enquires with a view to ascertaining and enforcing due and properobservance of Fair Wage Clauses and the Provisions of these Regulations.
Any person aggrieved by the decision and recommendations of the Labour Officer orother person so authorized may appeal against such decision to the Chief Engineer /Superintending Engineer concerned within 30 days from date of decision, Vol-II Contract & GCC forwardingsimultaneously a copy of his appeal to the Executive Engineer, but subject to suchappeal,the decisionoftheofficershallbe finalandbindinguponthe contractor.
